ARE YOU TAKING ON NEW PROJECTS?

Yes, I am always taking on new projects! Depending on the size and timeline of the project, I am usually able to work a project into my schedule.

WHAT IS THE BEST WAY TO CONTACT YOU?

WHAT FORMS OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT?

I accept all major credit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Apple Pay, CashApp, Venmo, and Stripe (with a 3% processing fee). The forms of payment I do NOT accept are cash and PayPal. If your company can pay only by check, the full payment will be required before the project files are released. To pay by check, please email me directly at amanda@richstudiodesigns.com.

WHEN THE PROJECT IS FINISHED, ARE THE FILES 100% MINE?

Yes! Once I complete your project, all final files that have been delivered to you are 100% your property. Your designs will not be reused in any other project that I do after yours is complete. The one thing I do ask is that I maintain the right to showcase the designs on my website and social media pages.

WHAT ARE YOUR PAYMENT TERMS?

Payments need to be made to Rich Studio Designs in two (2) installments: 1) First half (1/2) of the total estimated fee will be due before any preliminary design work can start. 2) Second half (2/2) of the total estimated fee will be due once the design project has been completed. The project files will not be released before the full payment is received by Rich Studio Designs. There is an outline of the payment terms for each of my Packages.

IS THE INITIAL PAYMENT REFUNDABLE IF I NO LONGER WANT TO CONTINUE WITH THE PROJECT?

Unfortunately, the answer is no. All initial deposits are non-refundable as that is our way of securing your spot in the design queue. Non-refundable payments are my way of securing payment and making sure clients are serious about moving forward with their projects.

DO I RECEIVE ALL THE FILES WHEN THE PROJECT IS DONE?

Absolutely! Once the final payment has been received, all the final files will be packaged up and emailed to you.

HOW LONG DOES A PROJECT USUALLY TAKE?

Print projects such as stationary, business cards, posters, flyers, and postcards take approximately 1 week to complete - depending on the amount of content and size of the project. Logo projects approximately take 2-4 weeks to complete and website development takes between 8-12 weeks. Keep in mind, all timelines are dependent upon the individual project, number and complexity of revisions, client response timeliness, and our current schedule.

WHAT IF I ALREADY HAVE A LOGO? CAN I STILL USE YOU FOR THE REST OF MY BRANDING AND OTHER PROJECTS?

Yes, of course! The only thing that I require is that you have the EPS and or AI files for your logo. If you only have a PDF, I ask that you send it to me ahead of time to check and see if it is vectorized or not. If it is not editable, I will need to have the EPS and or AI files before I can continue. If you only have a JPEG of your logo, I can also vectorize your current logo for you for half the price of our logo package.

DO YOU HOST ALL THE WEBSITES THAT YOU CREATE?

No, all of the hosting is done by my providers, the main provider being Squarespace. The hosting companies that I use, often offer shared hosting, cloud hosting and have dedicated servers as well as email hosting and domain registration.
